Your time is valuable and having an understanding of a rough estimate for what your project might cost saves you time as you're researching who you'd like to work with. We're all about open communication and transparency here, too, so it's important to us that we're on the same page with our clients whenever we start new work.
The information on this page is intended to provide you with a general overview of what your project might cost. These prices might change, so please contact us about your project for specialized pricing.
Our standard hourly rate: $100
While we quote many projects as flat fees or monthly retainers, we also offer a general "ala carte" rate of $100/hr, billed by the quarter hour, with a minimum charge of $25. Existing website care plan clients receive a 10% discount on all hourly projects.
Ballpark Project Fees
When projects have clear deliverables, we've found that project fees generally work great for both parties. While every project is quoted individually, you can use the numbers on this page as a guide to get an idea of how much your project might cost.
Website Design + Development:
- Full Site Design or Redesign: Starting at $4000
- Landing Page/Single Page Site Design: Starting at $1500
- Template Sites: Starting at $2500/set-up, then $49/month

Brand Identity Design:
- Full Branding Package: Starting at $1250; Customized to your needs. May include brand style guide, collateral and/or digital marketing templates, etc.
- Logo Only: $750
Graphic Design
- Starting at $1500
- Brochures, data sheets, presentation templates, social media templates, case studies, reports, etc.
Digital Outreach
- Starting at $500/month
- Ongoing support that integrates your website, email marketing and digital advertising.
Monthly Retainers:
If you have an ongoing need for creative services, we offer monthly retainers at a discount to our standard hourly rate.
Monthly retainers can include any of the creative services we provide, including graphic design, web design, marketing strategy planning, social media management and more. Each retainer includes a regular monthly meeting to set plans for how the hours are spent each month, to ensure you get the most out of your investment.
Additional monthly hours are billed at the rate of $85 an hour, and there is no reimbursement for unused hours.
